You deal with me from the first message to launch, with no handovers. If your project needs a specialist, such as a copywriter or a developer for something custom, I bring in trusted specialists from my network, tell you upfront, and stay responsible for the work. Your site is built with standard web code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript), and once it's paid for you get all the files, so any web developer could pick it up if you ever needed them to.
It's an estimate for what you picked. After we've talked through what you need, I send a fixed written quote before any work starts, and it only changes if you add something new. Quotes are valid for 7 days. After that, current prices apply.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Steko Websites isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add.
No. The domain (your web address) isn't part of the website price. You buy it in your own name and pay for it directly. Most everyday .co.uk, .com or .com.ng names cost a small amount each year, but premium or already-taken names can cost a lot more. I'll help you choose one that fits your budget before we start.
Hosting is free for most small sites. Your only regular cost is renewing your domain each year, paid directly to your domain provider. No monthly fee to me.
UK: card or bank transfer. Nigeria: card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Either way, it's 2 payments: 50% to start and 50% before launch.
On WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer. You'll hear from me at each stage: design, review and launch. No chasing.
You get 2 rounds of changes included, and you review the whole site before you pay the second half.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you get all the files. You're never locked in.
Not yet. Changes after launch are quoted per job, and most are done within a few days. A self-editing option is coming soon.
Yes, but it's quoted separately. I'll look at your current site first, because the price depends on what it does. I rebuild it as a clear, fast site focused on getting you enquiries, not as a copy of the old one, so complex animations or special features may be simplified or quoted as extras. I'll also move your domain across so your address and email keep working.
