Who I am

Ikechukwu Anthony Chukwu, trading as Steko Websites, Bromley, London. Email: hello@stekowebsites.com. I'm responsible for the personal information described here.

What I collect

• What you send me by WhatsApp, email or the "Save this quote" form: your name, contact details, business details and your quote.
• Content you send for your website, such as photos and text.
• Your country choice in the price calculator, saved only in your own browser.

Why I use it

To reply to you, prepare and confirm your quote, and build your website. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing that contract. If you save a quote, I'll follow up about it because you asked me to.

Who else handles it

I use trusted services to run this business: Netlify (website hosting and the quote form), WhatsApp (Meta), my email provider. If your project involves a specialist from my network (for example a copywriter), I share only what they need to do that work. Some of these store data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards. I never sell your details.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng) in Nigeria.
